APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting this PDF website, you agree that laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and, subject to the arbitration requirement above, any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and PDF.  If and where these Terms of Use are in direct conflict with Egyptian law, Egyptian law shall govern only to minimum extent necessary to resolve the direct conflict.
SITE POLICIES, MODIFICATION, AND SEVERABILITY
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable to the minimum extent necessary to render such conditions valid or enforceable, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

The PDF site acts as, among other things, a one-stop shopping site for all the resources necessary to strengthen civil society, complementing the NGO Capacity Building initiative, promoting the idea of sharing knowledge/experience among NGOs and providing a discussion board among uses of the services of PDF.PDF is not responsible for any user information posted or exchanged through the PDF website.  While PDF reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove user postings or other material from the PDF sites from time to time, PDFdoes not assume any obligation to do so and to the extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.
Note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other Users with whom you come in contact through the PDF site.
